Hire a Veteran

Kevin McPoyle, President and co-founder of KMRD Partners, has first hand knowledge regarding the contributions made by veterans from his years of service as a helicopter Kevin-McPoylepilot in the United States Army. We repeat this message at this time each year because the content is timeless, and the need of veterans to be employed, remains acute.

Kevin is also a Regional Director of Disabled Veterans Insurance Careers (“DVIC”). DVIC educates and trains disabled veterans to work in the insurance industry. This training is designed to prepare disabled veterans for jobs as customer service representatives, producers, sales managers and senior account executives. DVIC helps disabled veterans to become licensed in this dynamic industry, providing them with an opportunity to embark on a great career.

As described by Kevin, “DVIC ‘s mission is to start giving back to those who have given up so much for our great nation.”
