Annual Workplace Recognition Program Ranks Top Insurance Organizations Based on Anonymous Employee Satisfaction Survey Data.
KMRD Partners, a regional insurance broker and risk management services firm, has been named a 2019 Top Insurance Workplace by Insurance Business America. IBA’s annual Top Insurance Workplaces program ranks leading U.S. insurance organizations based on a series of employee satisfaction metrics, including benefits, compensation, culture, employee development and diversity.
Thousands of insurance professionals weighed in on how their employers are performing and only 53 companies achieved the distinction of Top Insurance Workplace for 2019.
KMRD was a top ranked firm (#4 with a 91.3% satisfaction rating) among the 33 organizations recognized in the small employer category (fewer than 99 employees) for 2019.

IBA’s Top Insurance Workplaces program has a two-phase qualification process, including an employer and an anonymous employee satisfaction survey. Company results are distributed across categories based on employee size and overall employee satisfaction scores.
In order to be considered, each company had to reach a minimum number of employee responses based on overall size. Organizations that achieved at least an 80% average satisfaction rating from employees were named a Top Insurance Workplace.
