Sheila’s primary responsibility is to work along side the benefits manager in delivering KMRD's Service Plan to you.
Sheila works with KMRD clients to manage their benefit plans, help employees navigate their benefit plans and work alongside our senior team to find the best benefit programs to fit the culture and budget of our clients.

- Sheila is a Licensed Massage Therapist and a Certified Medical Esthetician
- Before joining KMRD Sheila worked at 5 star hotels around the US as a Massage Therapist and Esthetician. She attributes this to her love of providing detail oriented customer service.
- Sheila loves to spend her spare time with her family outdoors and tries to travel as much as possible.
