Abbey Boyer, Associate Account Manager
Abbey's primary responsibility is to work along side the risk manager in delivering KMRD's Service Plan to you.
Abbey works closely with your Risk Manager to deliver KMRD’s service plan and is the first person to review all paper and inquiries KMRD receives that impact your business. She also provides day-to-day service on her portfolio of accounts ensuring that all questions and needs are addressed promptly.
Disciplines
- Support day-to-day servicing and management of client accounts
- Assist with policy renewals, including gathering information and preparing documents
- Issue certificates of insurance
- Working closely with Account Managers and Producers to meet client’s needs
- Help ensure smooth and positive overall client experience
Education
- Attended Immaculata University where she majored in Sports and Business Management and minored in Finance and Financial Planning
- Licensed Insurance Agent
Other Interesting Information
- Abbey played basketball at Immaculata when they won 2 conference championships and went to the NCAA Tournament.
- Abbey has only been with KMRD since September 2025, but she says that everyone has been so welcoming and she has been developed great working relationships with everyone in the office in such a short time.
- Sticking with her active lifestyle in college she continues to go to the gym as well as cheer on her favorite sports team.
