According to Crissa Shoemaker, who reported the article for The Intelligencer, “Dietzel and McPoyle said several things set them apart and have led to their success. Their office is paperless; what should be a file room is the “War Room,” where they go to hammer out issues — sometimes over a game of table tennis.
Dietzel and McPoyle continued, “KMRD strives for complete transparency, allowing customers to see every step of the process with their agents.”
