Alex Dufresne, Account Manager
Alex's primary responsibility is to work along side the risk manager in delivering KMRD's Service Plan to you.
Alex works closely with your Risk Manager to deliver KMRD’s service plan and is the first person to review all paper and inquiries KMRD receives that impact your business. He also provides day-to-day service on her portfolio of accounts ensuring that all questions and needs are addressed promptly.

- Assist with policy renewals, including gathering information and preparing documents and placing new business for new and existing clients

- Attended Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Applied French and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and National Security Studies
- Licensed Insurance Agent
