Theresa's primary responsibility is to work along side the Risk and Account Managers in delivering KMRD's Service Plan to you.
Theresa works closely with your Risk and Account Managers to deliver KMRD’s service plan and is the first person to review all paper and inquiries KMRD receives that impact your business. She also provides day-to-day service on her portfolio of accounts ensuring that all questions and needs are addressed promptly.
Disciplines
- Support day-to-day servicing and management of client accounts
- Assist with gathering necessary documents and information needed to help complete quotes, process policy renewals, assist with claims and manage payments
- Help ensure smooth and positive overall client experience
Education
- Attended Penn State University and earned her degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management
