We have some exciting news to share!
Our very own Carol Mosteller is the Five Star Home/Auto Insurance Professional 2023 Award Winner as seen in Philadelphia Magazine. A blue ribbon panel of industry experts reviews a list of candidates backed behind extensive research that allows no more than 7% of professionals in each category to receive this award. Carol has now won this award for 8 years running.
On top of earning this award she has also earned her Certified Personal Risk Manager designation. Carol worked tirelessly for hours making her way through courses and multiple tests. We here at KMRD are so proud of Carol and all that she has achieved. We love to see our employees further their knowledge to ultimately help our clients get the best service.
Carol works in our personal lines department. She writes lines of coverage for your home, auto and even personal cyber. She works closely with our Risk Managers to deliver KMRD’s service plan and is the first person to review all paper and inquiries KMRD receives that impact your business. She also provides day-to-day service on her portfolio of accounts ensuring that all questions and needs are addressed promptly. Carol started in this business 1982.
