IBA Recognizes the Top Brokerages Who are Paving the Way For Other Firms
WARRINGTON, PA – November 3, 2021 – KMRD Partners, a regional insurance broker, and risk management services firm, has been granted the title of one of Insurance Business America’s (IBA) 2021 5-Star Brokerage. KMRD was a part of the reputable list accompanied by the other 38 brokerages included in this year’s 5-Star Brokerage lineup.
Insurance Business America has made it their mission to uncover the top brokerages who are “setting the standard for service, responsiveness, knowledge, pricing and more,” states the IBA 2021 5-Star Brokerage Special Report. IBA seeks the right candidates for the nominations through the process of surveying Insureds. What better way to receive feedback than from the mouth of the true source? Once the top companies are identified they are then analyzed by the clients’ set of standards. Clients established the following six important factors when finding the right brokerage for them:

The list of nominees was also determined by not the company’s revenue but rather the true quality of service the business provides.
