Herman Chen
Herman is a Senior Account Manager responsible for servicing the benefits and HR consulting needs of clients using KMRD's unique servicing model.
Prior to joining KMRD, Herman worked with firms where he managed the service and operations teams, owned client relationships and fostered long-term partnerships by proactively providing superior and consistent client services. Herman also developed a reporting structure to track self-funded groups which enabled his firm too better forecast and keep plan sponsors abreast of their plan’s performance. He transitioned groups from Fully-Insured Platforms to the Self-Funded Platforms; including underwriting, plan design, implementation, account management.
Herman has worked in the insurance industry since 2016.
