Steve Macauley
Steve is a Risk Manager and Partner responsible for servicing the risk and insurance needs of clients using KMRD's unique servicing model.
As his clients’ Risk Manager, Steve coordinates the various risk related services such as risk control, claims and negotiation of insurance coverage terms, conditions and pricing. Steve also performs quality control reviews of policies and endorsements, along with other important risk management services such as contract reviews, bid and accrual support, and forecasting.
Steve has more than 30 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry focusing on large complex accounts. Steve’s background is also well-rounded with experience in serving the end-user as well as designing and marketing reinsurance programs.
