Erica Luczakowsky
Erica’s primary responsibility is to work along side the benefits manager in delivering KMRD's Service Plan to you.
Erica works with KMRD clients to manage their benefit plans, help employees navigate their benefit plans and work alongside our senior team to find the best benefit programs to fit the culture and budget of our clients.
Erica works with our clients’ employees in person and with technology during new hire and open enrollment to help them make choices and make the best use of their benefit plans. She works with our clients’ HR staff to solve billing, claims and other carrier issues that arise during the year.
Outside of work, Erica has a passion for fashion and the clothing industry, is great for shopping tips for dressing well on a budget and even has her own video blog (not sure if blog is what she’d call it, but I know my daughter follows her online). She loves animals, Harry Potter and West Virginia University.
