KMRD  Partners Presents to CPA's in a Main Line Association for Continuing Education Session Titled "Coverage Problems that Should Keep You and Your Clients up at Night"

Warrington, PA – July 12 2007 - Bob Dietzel, Principal and Managing Partner of KMRD offered a presentation to Certified Public Accountants in a Pennsylvania approved CPE Credit Seminar at Penn State Great Valley.  The topic of the discussion was titled "Coverage Problems that Should Keep You and Your Client Up at Night".  Bob outlined specific insurance coverage issues that his firm has uncovered over the past few years that could have yielded losses that would have threatened the solvency of otherwise well-run, profitable companies. The goal of the session was to inform the accounting profession of mistakes that can be made if a client or insurance broker loses focus on the fact that coverage is the most critical component of negotiating an insurance program for a commercial client.  He also stressed the importance of communication and collaboration with their insurance professionals and in-depth quality control procedures designed to make sure that policies are are issued as negotiated.
