Ali's primary responsibility is to work along side the risk manager in delivering KMRD's Service Plan to you.
Ali works closely with your Risk Manager to deliver KMRD’s service plan and is the first person to review all paper and inquiries KMRD receives that impact your business. She also provides day-to-day service on her portfolio of accounts ensuring that all questions and needs are addressed promptly. Ali started in this business 1987.

- Ali (aka Team Mom) is a huge fan of her 4 children and can be found on the sidelines most evenings throughout the entire year.

- For some reason KMRD’s “Employee of the Day” trophy often disappears and mysteriously re-appears on her desk.
- Ali has never been accused of being soft-spoken or shy.
