  • DIVERSITY – No one industry represents more than 10% of our business. We specialize in one thing… improving the fundamentals of risk management.
  • CAPACITY – Staffing levels and technology enable us to provide broader coverage, better claims results, impact safety and loss control support and provide competitive pricing.   • New Risk Management Website with more well-organized content.
  • NEW Client Center – We expanded our Client Center to include more tools and forms.  Check it out and let us know if there is anything else you would like to have!
  • Risk Management Videos – 11 more available for your viewing pleasure!
  • Our One Minute from Normal website and weekly newsletter is still being well received and shared across all industries.  We also created a new website with videos and more well organized tools. Our risk management blog provides more, better organized risk management content.


  • Redundant Internet Access – We now have 2 access points to the internet and upgraded our back-up systems constantly duplicating our servers offsite.  Disaster Recovery is our specialty.
  • Redundant Servers – We upgraded our back-up systems to real-time. We practice disaster recovery!


  • New Career Section of our Website – Business follows talented people.  KMRD’s focus is to attract the best people in the industry.
  • New Talent Acquisition Consulting support with the help of Talentsum. TalentSum is a specialist talent consultancy that partners with it’s clients to help them excel at talent attraction and engagement. We recommend them highly.

  • COVERAGE – We analyzed 1,644 policies in 2015 bringing our database of KMRD Policy Reviews as of 2015coverage reviews to a total of 14,023. This equates to over 2.2M individual coverage points!   Our experience tells us this is the most complete database of coverage offerings in this industry.  We put this intellectual property to use for our clients every day! 
  • PRODUCTIVITY – We filed another record 91,493 documents to our risk management system.  We now have over 594,000.  We are in the information business and our ability to accumulate and access intellectual capital assists us in serving our clients better.
